Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns are free, but the shipping costs for returning the goods are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:
1. Send a return request via email to info@fabiosodano.it, including the order number and reason for the return.
2. Wait for the return confirmation and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation received.
4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return confirmation.

Return Acceptance Conditions
– Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
– All accessories, tags, and original packaging must be included.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
